Footings and oversite for a rear extension to my home. Associated re routing of drainage. All to comply with building regulations. On site for just over a week. The team all knew what they were doing and kept me informed of any issues. They had the right equipment for the job. They made sure that at all stages they had building regs approval before the job progressed. They left the site clean and tidy. I was impressed by their professionalism, especially for a young team of workers. There were a few days when they worked late to make sure they were prepared for the following day. Overall I was pleased I chose Elite Groundworks for the job.

External groundworks, excavation, building of retaining walls, steps, repair of brickwork, laying of new patio, from February to June 2023. I initially approached 3 companies to do the work and Elite were the only ones who responded. They visited the site quickly, showed in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the work required, provided quotes promptly and were easy to communicate with via email, text and phone. During the works they maintained excellent communications even when the message was difficult which built trust, and were transparent and up-front in details such as payment terms and material delivery schedules etc. They provided a suitable team to do the work and were flexible when required, and did a high quality job. Designing and building steps and paths in a terraced garden. Very good service - punctual and professional and we were kept informed at all points. Work was efficient and quick with timings adhered to. Very pleased with the final results.
