We called Lee last-minute when we found a serious leak on our cold water supply pipe under the kitchen sink. Even though it was late he was able to get Mark to come to us. Mark arrived, was pleasant, helpful and efficient and fixed the leak with zero fuss. The cost was also very reasonable. (Reviewed December 2018)
Lee services three boilers every year for me and is reliable, knowledgeable and good value. Recently Mark and Lee correctly diagnosed an intermittent fault on a Worcester Bosch boiler as being with the pcb, ordered and replaced the faulty part and tested the boiler successfully a few days later. Always get excellent service and Lee is very thorough. On his last visit to replace a faulty heating valve he discovered a blockage which he also cleared. Very satisfied customer (Reviewed May 2018)
Lee identified an electrical fault, isolated it, and restored the heating system to working order. He also carried out a very thorough job servicing the boiler. I have a pretty old Ideal boiler. It needed the Gas valve replaced. Lee fitted the new valve and got my heater up and running again. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job. Would recommend to anyone I know. (Reviewed February 2018)

Both our boiler and my Mother-in-Laws were serviced just before Christmas; the customer service and punctuality were first class.
I'd informed them my Mother-in-Laws required servicing before the end of 2017 to keep up with the service plan - she'd only just moved into her property in December and it was vital to keep this within the calendar year - and we were delighted this was delivered as we'd been let down a few times from others.
