If you are looking for a used Discovery these chaps are your go-to's.
They know these machines backwards. They sorted out an intermittent suspension problem and were not satisfied until it was eventually rectified. They kept me informed about the work without my prompting. (Reviewed March 2022)

I purchased a vehicle from DSM substantially over the market rate, based on their promises of commitment to service, service history of their vehicles, and the full inspection and preparatory work they put into their vehicles (clearing all MOT advisories and making sure their vehicles have upgraded oil pumps etc.).
The car broke down on the first day. I had further issues that I asked DSM for help with. They advised I get the wheels aligned myself. I felt this was the wrong advice and paid for an independent MOT inspection of the vehicle. The car has since been confirmed by two independent inspections as "of unsatisfactory quality" with MOT advisories an failures.

Trader's response:

"While we don’t feel this review accurately reflects all the circumstances that occurred in this case, we would like to make it clear to everyone that we would never lie or mislead anyone and no one is forced into purchasing a vehicle from us. Our vehicles are fully inspected by our in house technicians and any faults are rectified before being presented to an independent MOT test centre and any faults found by them are rectified before a buyer collects the vehicle. This customer did unfortunately have a fault occur just after collection but the vehicle was again full inspected and promptly returned to the customer free of charge under our extensive warranty. The only inconvenience any of our customers will suffer is the vehicle has to be return to us for work to be carried out and not taken to another garage. We always have strived our hardest to operate at a fair and legal standard to which we have 100s of new and returning customers whom are happy to call themselves our customers. We will always try our hardest to work with our customers and rectify any problems that may occur." (Reviewed January 2022)
