a) It appeared that my laptop had been hacked & I was unable to remove an ad pop up which left me hyperventilating. Andy reassured me & removed items & advised me to recover payment from McAfee

b) was unable connect printer to laptop, Andy tried but was unable to do so & advised that printer be returned as faulty.
