From the initial meeting, it was clear for us to see that Michael was extremely passionate about his trade, the materials involved and ensuring everything was planned meticulously to provide the best end result.
We had our entrance hall & cloakroom tiled with work including; repairing and levelling the floor under the old tiles, installing an underfloor heating system, laying tiles and finally grouting. Every cut was done with precision and care taken with each tile. Our home was left tidy everyday, Michael was on time and worked extremely hard- kept going by just the odd bacon bap, coffee and biscuit! The finished result certainly gives the “Wow” factor for us and we can’t thank Michael enough. It is very easy to recommend his services- you will not be disappointed if you choose him. Mike is an absolute top class tiler. He completed a 50sqm downstairs floor area in Herringbone pattern to an amazing standard. Extremely professional guy who takes personal pride in every single tile he lays down.

Mike went above and beyond with our project and managed to fit in an additional unplanned tiling and re-plumbing of our downstairs toilet.

He also provided additional ideas to help finish off the project to a beautiful standard.

Mike left the property immaculately clean and tidy each day. He was always on time and delivered when promised.

Michael was professional from the outset. Extremely reliable, turning up when he said he would and keeping me up to date with what he can do and when during the Covid-19 pandemic. He would phone me without prompt to keep in contact during the pandemic when work could not be carried out. We also had an instance when I did not order enough tiles, Michael sorted the issue and picked up the tiles himself. The quality of his work is phenomenal, he spent time measuring and working out where tiles and cuts needed to go to get all of our bathroom suite and shower etc central.
