The work was the re-upholstery of a 1990's sofa arm chair and pouffe.
The finished work has just been delivered in excellent condition and looks perfect.
The team took and returned the items earlier than expected. The team were careful and considerate not only taking care when bringing the items into the house, but as they thought the items would be going into temporary storage they brought a plastic cover for the items to protect them. They charged the quoted amount

The only thing is I would suggest that Dee Cee improved their communication; they were helpful when you ask them questions, but their quote didn't provide indicative timescale from point of order and they didn't volunteer or provide updates - no photos of the ongoing work, updates on what was replaced (foam etc), or an eta. I commissioned Dee Cee to repair and reupholster my grandfather's old rocking chair and some more modern dining chairs and they have done a superb job.

Karen helped me decide on the right fabrics from an impossibly large array of options and they look perfect now the chairs are done and home.

Derek showed great attention to detail on the work, as well as providing a super-efficient collection and delivery service. They only take the chairs away when they are ready to do the work, and the project was complete within a week.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY SETTEE. DEREK CAME OUT ON WEDNESDAY TO LOOK AT IT. HE SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SETTEE, BUT THAT THE CUSHIONS NEEDED REPLACEMENT. A VERY HONEST ASSESSMENT! HE TOOK THE CUSHIONS AWAY, REPLACED THE CONTENTS AND RETURNED THEM YESTERDAY. ALL DONE IN THREE DAYS AND FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN ANY DAY. this is the second time we have used dee cee to upholster antique chairs because the first chair that was covered over 2 years ago has worn so well the company offer a prompt and professional service and also are very good with restoring antique chairs .in the area we live in i dont think there is any one as good they are not cheap or not overally expensive either .our 2 chairs that we have had done in leather look great and we are shure they will last over a life time money well spent (Reviewed February 2016)
