DCMD worked for us to replace the main fuse board with a new consumer unit, and installed a new feed for the cooker. This was done to solve a problem we were having with the oven tripping the whole system when it was in use at the same time as other appliances in the kitchen. Doug listened to the description of the problem I gave him and was thankfully able to solve the problem. He and his colleague worked with great care and consideration in our home, and took time to explain what was being done, and answer our questions. We are very pleased with their excellent work. We had been let down repeatedly by a local electrician, who had previously carried out work at our house. It transpired that this work had been carried out incorrectly and without supporting documentation or test results.
