Paul and Neil built an extension for me. They always turned up on time, they were always polite and kept me informed at every stage of the build. Paul and Neil demolished an unstable garage for me and rebuilt a new one its place to a slightly different specification. They were friendly and considerate of myself and neighbours throughout and completed the work to a high standard. Paul also communicated with the door and window fitters so I didn't have to do anything. There were a few snags towards the end but Paul was always happy to receive feedback and make the changes required, and I'm very happy with the final product.

Whilst working on my garage I mentioned that I was going to get my garden redone soon and he also carried out this work for me, laying some paving and some turf - again very happy with this work.

The only reason I have given 4/5 stars for value for money is that I don't have experience in costing jobs like this. (Reviewed December 2020)

I would like to say D and P Builders were brilliant. They always turned up on time, did a really good days work.
The finish of all jobs are excellent.
We had quite a lot of work done, new garden fencing, decking, new tiled roof on our garden gazebo and pointing to the house.

We had our new house refurbished, rear extension and patio done by Paul and Neil. They were very polite every time when we saw them. They always always kept our house nice and clean when they left. Delighted with the service that Paul and Neil provided. A new garage roof, drainage, levelling and new furniture on double gates. I initially contacted Paul regarding putting a new doorway in through a supporting wall. After some delay on my end due to waiting for the purchase of my house to go through, I decided to get further work done at the same time, and Dave and Paul were able to accommodate this, giving me a full quote and starting promptly afterwards.

I can't really comment too much on the cost as I have nothing to compare against, but the quality of the work seems very good, despite a few issues (like original doors not being square). Paul was regularly in contact and they left the house clean afterwards, and the job was finished in a very reasonable time (especially considering he had to get an electrician and a plumber in to help with different bits.

I was very impressed with the workmanship, professionalism and knowledge that David and Paul displayed while working on several projects, including garage which had long-standing problems with the roof and flooding; also replacing old window, making good all wood and brickwork and painting inside and out. Excellent. They have also refurbished a much-loved summerhouse, removing rotten wood, replacing with new, painting it with two coats of Ronseal and fitting roof with guttering to flow into two water butts. At all times they were polite, hard-working and particular about leaving everything clean and tidy before they left each day. Good to have about as they have good sence of humour! Dave and Paul have just completed a six month project extending our house, including developing our patio area. Dave and Paul were friendly, efficient and extremely professional. We had the most unsightly front garden in the street, new brickwork, slabs and 15 tonne of hardcore soon altered this view. Paul & Dave kept me informed day by day and also recommended some very good ideas as they developed the works. Access for delivery of materials was not the easiest, but that did not phase or hold up Paul & Dave to continue the works. This was a return visit for Paul & Dave. At the beginning of the year they built and extension, removed a chimney and delivered a new kitchen ,utility ,and en suite bathroom and more.
No hesitation in asking them back to re-furnish a bathroom. As before, excellent standard of work, all done within budget and any overspend (within the contingency) discussed and agreed.
