We had a letterbox which was flapping whenever it rained or was windy. Having spoke to the the company that installed the door (not Collingtons) the original company said it was a non standard letterbox and the door would need to be replaced. The original company gave a quite for £2000+ and the saleman was pushy. Then I checked out buywithconfidence website and found Collimgtons. I said we needed a new door as the letter box is flapping and we have been told it is non standard. Collingtons said they will try to replace letterbox first as they advised only 2 standard sizes but if that fails, then they will look at providing quote for door. They arrived replaced letterbox.
