Sally helped us purchase a mobility scooter for my elderly father. She was fantastic and she had excellent knowledge of the product range. (Reviewed July 2016)
I was recommended to go there for something I needed and left feeling confident with my purchase. Thank you to the lovely, friendly staff. (Reviewed June 2016)

I took my mother to purchase a walker/shopping trolley from her local Clearwell Mobility shop in Worthing. I was surprised at the price of £119.99 but my mother commented "that's the price you have to pay when you get old". My mother was satisfied with the product and, as it was not wrapped, walked the trolley to my car which was parked in an adjoining road. I subsequently researched the product online and found it for sale on Sholley's official website at £105 (inc VAT) plus £8.50 shipping and handling. Completecareshop sell the product for £107.94 (inc VAT) with free delivery. X at Clearwell tells me his price includes the mark-up for a premium high street shop, although they sell online for the same price. I pointed out that the product he was selling to vulnerable and elderly people was overpriced and I would report it to Trading Standards. He replied: "I wouldn't waste your time on it". He probably thinks the vulnerable and elderly don't go online and won't read this. Let's hope their children do! (Reviewed May 2015)
