We found Cleveland's details on this website. We called him to enquire about the work we needed to have done and he came the same day to have a quick look. The same evening we received a written quote and it was fortunate that Cleveland was available the morning after to do the job. We needed our new fridge freezer to be connected to the water supply to allow us to use the water and the ice. All was done neatly in the space of an hour. We would not hesitate to recommend Cleveland, we have further work planned for him to do in our new home as well. (Reviewed April 2023)

Our kitchen mixer tap was leaking. Cleve came quickly and diagnosed the problem which was a new mixer required. We were not surprised as they were over 10 years old.

He advised us to have a slightly different design due to our low water pressure and obtained a Bristan mixer. This is proving to give much better pressure than the old mixer and we are very happy with the quality of Cleve's work.

Excellent in terms of speed of response, quality of advice, very thorough work. Clear explanation of what he needed to do and how he proposed to solve an issue..
He made several checks on all relevant fittings and water flow before leaving.
He identified that a water tank did not need to be replaced and the repair could be done for a lot less than the initial expected cost - having paid a 40% deposit, we got a significant refund transferred to our account within an hour of him finishing!.
