I purchased a brand new Citroen that within 2 days developed what Chippenham Motor Company told me was "a known fault" and that I had done nothing wrong. Despite knowing it was a known fault and not informing me of this before I purchased the car or rectifying the fault before selling it to me, when I asked for a refund, under the Consumer Rights Act, as the car was not as described or fit for purpose, this was refused. Chippenham Motor Company have offered to take my car in part exchange for another Chippenham Motor Company car, however they were going to offer me less for the part exchange than I paid only 3 weeks ago. In my opinion this company puts sales and profits before customer service and I wouldn't use this company again. (Reviewed January 2020)

The Chippenham site was absolutely first class - I needed to buy a car quickly to replace a company car and they sorted a lovely car which was a perfect price, in four days !! Sales experience was good. The sales person was friendly and there was no pressure. I discovered some issues after buying the car and there were no rear mats. Ford dont provide rear car mats, but this was resolved as a goodwill gesture by the garage. (Reviewed January 2019)

I've used this firm for car purchases and servicing. My most recent service was carried out promptly; good service. I've bought two cars from this dealer and there was an issue with the first purchase, but the garage did all in their power to rectify it. Happy enough to buy a second car from them!

I purchased my new car from the used car team at Chippenham motor company,
The level of service I received was outstanding and faultless.
From the moment I spoke to Gary on the phone to shaking his hand upon completion of the sale I couldn't have been happier, I spoke with other members of the sales team during my time there and they are all a friendly welcoming team, dispelling any misconception about car salesmen, if only every dealership was this committed to helping their customers.
Anyone looking for their next car will not be disappointed.
Everything was explained in a clear manner during finalising of paperwork.
My only regret is now the sale is complete I don't get to enjoy the welcoming friendly environment
