Following on from previous work, we needed a new boiler. The options were explained fully, and on the day the new boiler was fitted, Will and Sam did a great job. Kept everything tidy and left the everything working.

We subsequently had a radiator valve leak (not unusual following a flush through), and Will came back the next day to tighten up the valve.

A smart meter installation resulted in the gas supply being cut off, because of a hidden gas leak. CPH came quickly to diagnose the problem, and confirmed that the remedy was to completely re-pipe the gas supply in the house. Will arrived a few days later and spent 2 days on the job, channelling the new pipes through cupboards as much as possible to hide them. He did a great job, and talked through the route as he went along, to confirm that we were happy.

Had 2 radiators that refused to get hot and were getting worse. We needed a powerflush, a time consuming and costly task. At the end of it, the heating was better, but the two radiators were still struggling although a bit improved. We, and Sam the plumber, were a bit disappointed, but we knew it was a risk. At their own expense the company sent Sam back a week later where he spent several hours focusing on these two radiators and very fine balancing of the system - result is 2 very hot radiators! great commitment to service a from CHP. Prior to attending it was diagnosed what needed to be done, upon attending it turned out to be a lesser job and cost me less than quoted. Having seen "Cowboy" traders on "Watchdog" make a job bigger it was refreshing to see the honesty of this trader. (Reviewed December 2014)
