Communication was very clear and good. Responded to enquiry very quickly and came round to view and give estimate straight away. The work involved adjusting two exterior doors to stop them catching, but also repairing and refitting part of one of a pair of french doos (replacing wood and many glazing bars and door jamb) that had rotted. Repair and reinstatement was excellent and door is now good as new. All done within estimate which was very reasonable. (Reviewed November 2020)

Ian crafted us a built-in cupboard with shelving and glass doors to match perfectly with a preexisting built-in cupboard. We were impressed with his attention to detail and are very pleased with the result.

Ian built me a pair of hardwood gates from a simple drawing. He came and measured up, went away and manufactured the gates from scratch in his workshop. Put up the posts and left them to settle in and then returned and erected the gates. They are quite superb both in terms of quality of manufacture and aesthetically. Other tradesmen and neighbours have already commented on them. I am delighted by Ian's work and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a Carpenter who does a thoroughly good "old fashioned" job with lots of attention to detail and a very high quality finish (Reviewed March 2020)
