Brandon assisted with fitting a replacement filling loop on our boiler and resolving a leaking radiator caused by a bodge DIY plumbing attempt on our part. He went above and beyond to get the problem fixed, came up with an alternative solution when the wholesalers ordered the wrong part, kept us updated on progress and left everything immaculate once he was finished.
