Second time we've asked Brendan to do some work for us, this time painting the exterior of the house. He was able to advise us well on paints, the need for (and advantages of) using scaffolding and offered some good suggestions on colour schemes. The prep work and painting were both carried out with the same diligence, care and eye for detail as the interior work we had done previously and the final result was superb. Brendan also did a few minor repairs that he spotted needed doing along the way and came back once the scaffolding was down to check the work over and do any touch ups required. Both Brendan and his co-worker Mark were a pleasure to have around and left the place clean and tidy - even hoovering up outdoors around the places they'd been working. Can't recommend highly enough! When I asked Brendan to my home to paint my hall, stairs, landing and doors, he was so helpful in guiding us on the type of paints that would look better for the walls and doors. I decorated the breakfast room and the result was very poor. The walls had to be sanded down before they could be painted as they were rough to the touch and the walls looked as though I had thrown the paint on them. Brendan came to my rescue. He quoted promptly and fitted me as soon as he possible could. Brendan telephoned me the day before he was due to start work and arrived at the time he said he would. The job was to fully decorate the inside of a large cottage that was in need of tender love and care. The cottage was in Ringwood and Paul and Brenden stayed at the cottage whilst the work was done. Brendan agreed that he would complete the work within two weeks of starting and he was good to his word. They even stayed until the Saturday morning to ensure that the house was clean and tidy. They assisted moving the furniture into different rooms. The standard of decoration was very high and they even dealt with problems that I didn't expect to be fixed.
