We have been using Black Hole Storage for four years. I would rate them very highly - very professional and easy to deal with. We have never had cause to complain, which is perfect considering our very complex and unusual storage requirements.

Black Hole collects all of our garden furniture from the West End of London (2 large van loads) every autumn, moves them to South Newton, stores them safely and returns them to central London in the spring. Always impressive performance.

They packed up our little house in Salisbury last year in about 3 hours and stored everything till I was in England in January to have everything delivered down to Devon. The staff both times were quick and very pleasant and made moving very easy. (Reviewed March 2019)
