Communication was very poor, not returning calls.
Time to install much, much longer than quoted.
Left with temporary power supply to unit for weeks.

Initially the customer did not give us a telephone number and email communication was slow.
Customer rejected our first date to fit the treatment plant due to "apples on the trees". Customer was made aware we were busy and may have to wait.
The temporary power is a common situation as the electrical connections are done by a separate sub-contractor, again the customer was told. (Reviewed January 2018)
