From the initial visit to completion the service was second to none. All materials and workmanship were of an excellent quality and we are delighted with the end result.
We did not think we had the space to allow a change of design but Tim made this possible. We had both our bathroom and en suite completed and both are a pleasure to use. We would definitely use Timothy Michael again. (Reviewed April 2023)
Excellent from start to finish. Delighted with the new bathroom - a real transformation. Great to find a company that does it all - from design to installation, including new lighting, flooring, re-siting of loft entrance, decorating. Excellent communication. Sarah and her team in the office through to Tim and the installation team were excellent throughout. All work done to a high standard. Tim helped us to clarify our thinking about what the final bathroom would look like and we're delighted with it. Included taking account of my father's mobility limitations so that he can access & use the shower easily and safely. Would certainly recommend. (Reviewed April 2023)
If I had to sum up this firm from our point of view I would say totally professional in every way. Other companies we have dealt with over the years have promised much but frequently failed to deliver. TMB, on the other hand, did exactly what they said. The installers were excellent and cleared up every night. At the end of the job everything was as promised. Afterwards we received a visit to make sure we had no complaints. I should stress this was after we had paid when many companies are not particularly interested in their customers. As I look around our shower room I see nothing that I would want to change in respect of design, installation or equipment. (Reviewed April 2023)
Work carried out was excellent.There was very little inconvenience to me, the workmen were friendly,polite and cleared up every day after they had completed their work.They always arrived on time and asked my advise on the fixtures I needed to aid my disability (Reviewed April 2023)
Design was just what I wanted. The fitters were efficient and hardworking. They cleaned up each day and nothing was too much trouble for them. This is the second time I have used the company and would certainly recommend them and would use them myself again. (Reviewed April 2023)
