Since moving house in the last month I have needed to have various keys cut on several occasions, including creating a key from an antique lock where the original key had been lost. A neighbour rang my doorbell to say that her front door would not open. I tried it with her key and the lock appeared to be broken and fixed in the locked position. I rang Bath Lock & Key for her and explained. Their locksmith arrived within half an hour and in the next 20 minutes had got the door open and had changed the broken lock with a new one.
