I was given various options for the style of the windows etc., and kept fully informed of the timescale and start date. Simon and his team have replaced a number of windows for us having worked with another company to reduce the size of the openings. We are really pleased with the end results, which is not a surprise because they have previously installed some other windows and french doors for us, which went equally well. There were a couple of minor defects with the glass that came from the suppliers which occasionally happens and these have been replaced without any problems at all.
