I explained the importance of the picture and he showed compassion and understood my need for a special frame.
I could see that he was no ordinary picture framer and an artisan in his own right, as he took the time to explain and the need to enhance the picture, backround and frame.
upon collection I was impressed and grateful to this man.
Remember this person does not just deal with pictures but other arts, hobbies, etc, and he has years of experience and knowledge that he is willing to pass on.
