Appalling company - do not use!
Aran sub contracted installation of extractor fans to a connected company Dwelling Doctors. Who unnecessarily and incompetently drilled into my electric cables (amongst causing other damage and a complete lack of care for my property as me).
I was very concerned whether my electrics had been left safely due to all that occurred, and was told by Craig Hayes, not to worry Aran would be out to inspect the following week, and repair any the damage. After 2 months of chasing and being messed around by Aran . I called Electricians in to inspect the cables, they were horrified to discover the wires hadnât been repaired at all, theyâd been left bare and for all that time we had been left at high risk of a house fire and death. All issues still notfully resolved (Reviewed August 2023)
Really good service. Polite and professional survey of the property with a thorough explanation of all the key points. Time taken to explain everything in detail including the CWI guarantee. Competitive quotation given and a sensible estimate of the insulation timelines. Installation by friendly and professional installer who explained everything including a complete walk through of each wall etc. Really neat job with barely noticeable drill holes. Aran Insulation Limited did a first class job on removing the old Cavity Wall Insulation, in preparation for the refilling of a newer, better Insulation. They were informative, courteous, and thorough, and left the place absolutely spotless. I would personally highly recommend their services to anyone who needed them. They do exactly what they say they will do, and the installers are really conscientious. (Reviewed July 2021)
