My elderly mother recently moved into a care home and when checked her electric recliner chair was found to have a fault. She is frail and needs to be able to raise her feet to reduce swelling. From start to finish Tanya at Andrew Marks was helpful. Due to my mother’s condition her site visit was prioritised and her chair was fortunately repaired within a week of contact, this was a great relief as I am some distance away and we only dealt with each other via email and telephone.
