Absolutely fantastic service and very high standard of work. I left a voicemail and they phoned me back within 15 minutes. They explained they had another job to go to but would contact me to let me know the situation. They phoned me back and sensing my stress arranged to attend as soon as possible, Nothing was too much trouble (even took their boots off to go upstairs). They were extremely thorough, carrying out the work very quickly and professionally. Everywhere was left clean and tidy and the charge was very reasonable - well worth it. Can't thank them enough. Excellent service - if I could give 6 stars I would.
Gaz measured the job, gave us a price and a start date. Work was done to an exception standard and completed on time. Not only that but Gaz took all the 'rubbish' away so we didn't have to.

Alpha plumbing came to give us a quote. They took measurements quickly and listened to what we wanted and provided a competitive estimate by email promptly. We were given an accurate date of when they would be available and they sourced the suite, tiles and fixtures according to our requirements and taste. They removed our old bathroom quickly with minimal mess or disruption to the rest of the house. The bathroom was tiled quickly and the suite was fitted professionally to a very high standard . Gareth was trustworthy, friendly and courteous however got on with the job and we hardly knew he was there. The final cost was as quoted.
