I contacted this business in connection with an enquiry concerning moving the contents of my daughter's 1 bedroom flat in Brighton, indicating at an early stage that there would be a minimal amount of furniture to place in temporary storage.
I was politely advised that the minimum charge levied for any removal would exceed what I needed to pay for the service and helpfully I was provided with some direction as to where I could find an alternative provider who is likely to meet our needs.
I was encouraged by the professional and considerate response I received. I would be confident to approach this provider should my circumstances be different.
