My heating engineers were two young brothers who were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was comfortable in their presence and comfortable with them in my home. There were a couple of unforeseen issues that were resolved quickly. I received a first class Worcester boiler with wireless thermostat (although it does plug in). Everything was done properly, which made me realise that the engineer who had installed the last boiler had cut corners. I would definitely use Alfords again, but hopefully not for a few years!
