Richard came on time and was very polite. Explained the options I had in terms of positioning a replacement aerial and the pros and cons of each. Confirmed a standard aerial was sufficient for my needs and location, and didn't attempt to up sell. Which was a pleasant surprise! Whole job took less than an hour, with no fuss.
