Advanced provided a very competitive quote for an extension/sun room on my new home.I chose them because they gave an 'honest' quote without any of the nonsense & they were the only ones that suggested a solid roof,not a glass one.All the work has been carried out to a very,very high standard & no issues that weren't resolved quickly by them (Planning Dept issues).All the materials were of top quality. All Tradesmen were of the very highest standard & extremely courteous & polite.They cleared up after themselves every single day.The Quote was provided over a year ago but planning permission caused a delay,then the very wet winter & piling, then Covid,but no price increases on the original quote from them. Initial response was excellent. Meeting my needs with helpful advice to give me good value for money. Giving me realistic start date.
The company faced a dilemma thereafter being small company. The fitter got injured working on other work. This delayed fitting as company did not want to compromise service quality by employing other fitters whoes quality work was unknown. This only reason for not score 10/10 as this ca used some inconvenience.
Fitting was excellent, good advice. Cleaned up after. Polite, friendly, helpful. Quality work & materials. Overcame minor difficulties quickly & without fuss.

I am delighted with the work carried out, I had soffits, guttering and facia replaced, most pleasingly was the reproduction of the features which have maintained the appearance of the house.

The sales service was very good and I had a full understanding of what to expect, the on site work was very quick and with minimum fuss and the workforce were very, tidy polite and professional.

The work carried out has been subject to considerable wind and rain over the last few weeks and I have experienced no problems what so ever.
