At a very busy time they managed to fit us in their schedule to wire in a flush light fitting. Electrician arrived on time and tidied up after he finished job. would recommend A.N.A absolutely. (Reviewed August 2018)

Telephoned the company and requested an appointment for the electrician to visit my elderly parent's home to provide a quote for electrical re-wiring work. I was informed that the electrician would telephone me back to make an appointment. As I didn't hear from him I telephoned back and was informed the same. In total I phoned on three separate occasions over a period of several weeks and no one returned my call. Extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately earlier this year we struggled a bit to get back to people due to ill health in the family. I know this doesn't excuse us for not getting back to this lady, and I do apologise sincerely for this and any inconvenience this caused the person who gave the feedback but, unfortunately, circumstances at the time were very difficult. I rang because the power had tripped out and would not go back on. In under 1 hour an electrician arrived and carried out the repair for a nominal fee.
