Reliable and high standard of work. We had our boiler serviced, and Alan Addicott had reasonable prices and carried out the work with no issues. On the strength of this we had him back to replace a kitchen tap and two bathroom taps, again all done to a good standard at reasonable prices. Since we were supplying the taps ourselves he even gave advice as to what would be suitable. Mr Addicott completely stripped an old gas fire, rebuilt it, and and got it going again for us. He also serviced our relatively new Vaillant combi boiler. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was so courteous and easy to get along with. Now my wife and I are getting on in years this is very important to us. His costs were also very reasonable and I cannot recommend him enough. I will not be looking for help anywhere else in the future. Thank you Alan. (Reviewed August 2019)

After spending considerable time in vain trying to fix a Vokera boiler we decided to install a new ideal logic+.
Alan was happy to wait until we were ready with the finances (three months) and fitted us in when it was convenient to us on a Saturday.
Old boiler removed - new boiler installed, tested and commissioned all in 6 hours
We now have a nice new boiler (and hot water at last) which has a 7 year warranty.
