Phil had visited us before and had meticulous notes on our automated gates, so he arrived with exactly the right parts ensuring no second visit was necessary.

Called to faulty intercom. Tried to repair but spares no longer available. Proposed a replacement which suited our requirements. Didn't try to persuade us into a costly option. Phil has maintained our electric gates for years. He is honest and trustworthy, reliable and friendly. A quick response to my initial enquiry, and an early date arranged to undertake the work. Prompt arrival on the day with friendly service. All options were discussed prior to work being carried out. Everything left clean and tidy and working perfectly. Better than expected. Only minor criticism is the cost of call out (which I had previously been made aware of and accepted) .
