My name is Connor and I have recently received Alan and Paul's plumbing services (1st Porter Calls) and writing this review as a very happy man as he has fixed (not taking long either) severe flooding in multiple rooms of my flat, including my shower. Sewage water was coming out of the showers and toilets due to poor drainpipe installations and thus, main drain blockages!

I write this review to commend the diligent, and professional work he has supplied to myself and my four flat mates I am currently living with. He was kind, knowledgeable and a true gentleman.

Flat with heating not working. Alan at 1st Porter Call diagnosed the issues on a faulty immersion heater from photos and ordered the parts the next day. Within a week, over New Year and in lockdown 1st Porter had safely and securely replaced the immersion heaters on hot water cylinder and drained it down (heavily scaled). (Reviewed March 2022)
