Local Authority Assured Trader Schemes

The Local Authority Assured Trader Scheme Network (LAATSN) extablishes the framework of minimum standards for Local Authority good trader schemes, and is operated in conjuntion with The Office of Fair Trading, Local Government Regulation and the Trading Standards Institute.
The Buy With Confidence scheme has achieved national recognition by becoming one of the first schemes to be awarded with membership of LAATSN, and continues to apply its code in accordance with the required high standards of consumer protection.
